Safety Requirements
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
This vehicle lift must be installed on a concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 6.5 inches and a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 PSI. Installation on inadequate or improperly prepared concrete may result in lift instability, equipment failure, serious injury, or death.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all installation surfaces and site conditions meet the manufacturer’s specifications prior to purchase and installation.
Forge Work Supply assumes no liability for damage, equipment failure, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, insufficient concrete specifications, or failure to follow manufacturer installation requirements.

Shipping Delays & Availability
Seasonal shipping delays may occur. In some cases, orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you require expedited processing or need to confirm inventory availability prior to ordering, please contact our team for assistance.
Shipping Coverage
Freight shipping is available within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Estimated fulfillment time for freight orders is typically 6–10 business days.
Two-Post & Four-Post Lift Deliveries
Customers are required to provide a forklift or suitable unloading equipment at the time of delivery.
Additional Freight Services
The following optional freight services are available for an additional fee:
- Residential Delivery: $80
- Liftgate Service: $80
Please note: Liftgate service is not available for most two-post lifts, four-post lifts, and certain scissor lift models. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for unloading freight shipments from the delivery truck.
A forklift, loading dock, or appropriate unloading equipment is strongly recommended for all heavy equipment deliveries.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Inability to unload freight at the delivery location
- Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
Shipment Inspection & Damage Claims
All shipments must be carefully inspected before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.
- Any visible damage, shortages, or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments without documenting the issue with the carrier.
- Concealed damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to document freight damage at the time of delivery may limit the ability to file a freight claim.
If no damage or shortages are noted upon delivery, the shipment will be considered received in acceptable condition.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items are eligible for a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

The Katool KT-4H110 11,000 lb 4-Post Lift is designed for automotive shops, home garages, and vehicle owners who need more lifting capability than standard hobby-grade lifts can provide. With a true 11,000 lb lifting capacity, this lift is built to handle full-size trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, vans, and performance vehicles while maintaining dependable stability during storage and service applications.
Constructed with a reinforced four-post design and diamond-plate non-skid runways, the KT-4H110 delivers confident vehicle positioning throughout loading, lifting, and maintenance operations. Four independent mechanical locking devices with primary and secondary safety systems provide additional protection while raised, while the single-point manual lock release simplifies lift operation from one convenient location.
Engineered for flexibility, the KT-4H110 features a free-standing installation design that does not require anchor bolts for standard operation. The configurable power column can be positioned on either side, front, or rear of the lift to better match garage layouts and workflow requirements. With support for both 110V and 220V power configurations, the lift adapts easily to residential garages and professional shop environments alike.
Fourteen locking positions spaced every 4.7 inches allow operators to fine-tune working height for different vehicles and service needs.
