Safety Requirements
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
This vehicle lift must be installed on a concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 6.5 inches and a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 PSI. Installation on inadequate or improperly prepared concrete may result in lift instability, equipment failure, serious injury, or death.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all installation surfaces and site conditions meet the manufacturer’s specifications prior to purchase and installation.
Forge Work Supply assumes no liability for damage, equipment failure, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, insufficient concrete specifications, or failure to follow manufacturer installation requirements.

Shipping Delays & Availability
Seasonal shipping delays may occur. In some cases, orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you require expedited processing or need to confirm inventory availability prior to ordering, please contact our team for assistance.
Shipping Coverage
Freight shipping is available within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Estimated fulfillment time for freight orders is typically 6–10 business days.
Two-Post & Four-Post Lift Deliveries
Customers are required to provide a forklift or suitable unloading equipment at the time of delivery.
Additional Freight Services
The following optional freight services are available for an additional fee:
- Residential Delivery: $80
- Liftgate Service: $80
Please note: Liftgate service is not available for most two-post lifts, four-post lifts, and certain scissor lift models. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for unloading freight shipments from the delivery truck.
A forklift, loading dock, or appropriate unloading equipment is strongly recommended for all heavy equipment deliveries.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Inability to unload freight at the delivery location
- Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
Shipment Inspection & Damage Claims
All shipments must be carefully inspected before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.
- Any visible damage, shortages, or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments without documenting the issue with the carrier.
- Concealed damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to document freight damage at the time of delivery may limit the ability to file a freight claim.
If no damage or shortages are noted upon delivery, the shipment will be considered received in acceptable condition.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items are eligible for a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

The Katool KT-4H950 9,500 lb Four-Post Lift is designed for vehicle owners, home garages, and light-duty service shops that need a reliable lifting solution for parking, storage, and maintenance work. With a 9,500 lb lifting capacity, this four-post lift is capable of handling cars, SUVs, and light trucks while providing the stability and convenience needed for everyday use.
Engineered with a synchronized cable-and-pulley lifting system, the KT-4H950 delivers smooth and level lifting performance throughout operation. The lift features four mechanical locking positions with primary and secondary safety catches to help maintain secure vehicle positioning while raised. A single-point manual safety release system allows operators to control lock release from one convenient location.
Designed for flexibility and simplified installation, this four-post lift supports free-standing operation without anchor bolts and can be powered using either 110V or 220V electrical configurations. The configurable power-side column placement allows installation on the left, right, front, or rear side of the lift to better fit different garage layouts and electrical access points.
With 80.7" of underneath clearance and durable 97" support posts, the KT-4H950 provides generous working and storage space for stacked vehicle parking or undercarriage service access. Included accessories such as casters, aluminum ramps, jack tray, and drip trays add convenience and improve day-to-day usability right out of the box.
