IMPORTANT INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

2 & 4 post vehicle lifts must be installed on a concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 6.5 inches and a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 PSI. Scissor lifts must be installed on a concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 3.9 inches and a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 PSI.

Installation on inadequate or improperly prepared concrete may result in lift instability, equipment failure, serious injury, or death.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all installation surfaces and site conditions meet the manufacturer’s specifications prior to purchase and installation.

Forge Work Supply assumes no liability for damage, equipment failure, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, insufficient concrete specifications, or failure to follow manufacturer installation requirements.

Shipping Delays & Availability

Seasonal shipping delays may occur. In some cases, orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you require expedited processing or need to confirm inventory availability prior to ordering, please contact our team for assistance.

Shipping Coverage

Freight shipping is available within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Estimated fulfillment time for freight orders is typically 6–10 business days.

Two-Post, Four-Post & Scissor Lift Deliveries

Customers are required to provide a forklift or suitable unloading equipment at the time of delivery.

Additional Freight Services

The following optional freight services are available for an additional fee:

• Residential Delivery: $80
• Liftgate Service: $80

Please note: Liftgate service is not available for two-post lifts, four-post lifts, and scissor lifts. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for unloading freight shipments from the delivery truck.

A forklift, loading dock, or appropriate unloading equipment is strongly recommended for all heavy equipment deliveries.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to:

• Failed delivery attempts
• Inability to unload freight at the delivery location
• Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

Shipment Inspection & Damage Claims

All shipments must be carefully inspected before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.

• Any visible damage, shortages, or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
• Do not sign for damaged or incomplete shipments without documenting the issue with the carrier.
• Concealed damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to document freight damage at the time of delivery may limit the ability to file a freight claim.

If no damage or shortages are noted upon delivery, the shipment will be considered received in acceptable condition.

Returns and refunds for this item are subject to Forge Work Supply’s standard Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items are eligible for a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
