EKKO EB12E Electric Straddle Stacker

The EKKO EB12E Electric Straddle Stacker combines the heavy-duty lifting utility of a standard forklift and reach truck with the space-saving footprint of a walkie stacker. Manufactured from premium structural steel and integrated with robotic welding, this full-power unit is engineered with highly durable industrial drives to seamlessly master multi-level stacking, surface shifts, and sharp directional changes with complete reliability.

Performance & Applications

The EB12E is engineered to streamline high-density racking environments, making it an excellent material handling asset for loading docks, manufacturing lines, stock storage facilities, and narrow-aisle warehousing. Equipped with completely adjustable straddle legs and forged adjustable forks, it effortlessly adapts to various pallet sizes and skid configurations to maximize vertical warehouse space.

At the core of the EB12E is an industry-standard Curtis Controller, providing smooth power distribution and precise electrical management. This professional system delivers steady acceleration profiles, excellent thermal protection, and intuitive maintenance diagnostics.

High-Output 2.2kW Lift Motor

Featuring a powerful 2.2kW hydraulic lift system, this stacker handles heavy materials efficiently. It offers fast vertical response times with a lift speed up to 136 mm/s (unladen) and controlled lowering speeds up to 112 mm/s (laden) for secure product placement.

Compact Navigation & Drive

Powered by a 0.75kW electric drive motor, this walkie stacker achieves travel speeds up to 4.2 km/h. Its compact 52.6" turning radius enables operators to easily rotate and stack pallets within congested cross-docks and tight racking aisles.
