The MechMaxx 6" Wood Chipper is a high-performance machine built to handle the rigors of professional landscaping and commercial leasing. Driven by a formidable 14HP gasoline engine with electric start, this unit utilizes an oversized 14" diameter cutting roller to generate the massive inertia required to shred timber and branches up to 6 inches thick.

To maximize uptime and reduce maintenance costs, the system features dual 12" reversible double-edge blades. This design significantly extends the service life between sharpenings. When maintenance is required, both the intake and discharge chutes are engineered for quick-access opening, allowing for fast internal cleaning or blade replacement without complex teardowns.

Maneuverability and safety on the jobsite are paramount. The chipper is built on a super-wide 48" wheelbase paired with a staggered tire configuration (front 13x5.00-6; rear 19x7.00-8), providing industry-leading stability even when driving on steep or uneven ground. For transport, the DOT road-legal tires and tow bar assembly allow for secure, legal movement between work locations.

Operator protection is handled by a redundant dual-stop system, featuring a safety button above the chute and an emergency press bar on the lower side for immediate engine shutdown. The final output is managed by a 56" discharge chute, which utilizes seamless "whole shaped" technology and 360-degree rotation for pinpoint accuracy when directing wood chips.
