31.5" Digging Bucket for MechMaxx Mini Excavators

Compatible with Mini Excavator SKU: 150533 and 150534, this 31.5-inch digging bucket is designed to maximize the performance of compact excavators in demanding jobsite conditions. Its balanced width provides excellent digging capacity while still allowing precise control in tight spaces, making it ideal for construction, landscaping, trenching, and general earthmoving tasks.

Constructed from high-strength Q355 steel, the bucket body is thicker than many comparable options on the market, delivering improved rigidity and long-term durability during heavy-duty use. Reinforced side plates and a wear-resistant cutting edge help maintain structural strength even when working in challenging soil conditions.

The bucket floor is built with NM360 abrasion-resistant steel, significantly increasing resistance to wear and extending the attachment’s overall service life. Its optimized bucket profile promotes smooth ground penetration, efficient loading, and quick material release, helping reduce machine strain and improve productivity on the job.

Precision machining also plays an important role in durability and performance. Critical pin holes are manufactured using a five-axis machining process, ensuring tight tolerances for accurate fitment and smooth operation.

High-quality materials are used throughout the wear components. The pins are manufactured from 40Cr alloy steel, heat-treated and induction hardened to provide strong resistance to both impact and wear. Bucket teeth and side cutters are made from F2 and 30MnB materials, engineered to withstand high-impact digging and abrasive working environments.
