Industrial Power. Superior Stability. Engineered for Rapid Processing.

The MechMaxx 6" High-Performance Wood Chipper is an elite-tier solution designed for professional arborists, land managers, and commercial rental fleets. Driven by a robust 15HP gasoline engine with electric start, this machine is purpose-built to handle demanding debris, effortlessly shredding limbs and brush up to 6" in diameter via a heavy-duty 14" high-inertia roller.

Operational efficiency is maximized through a dual-edged reversible blade system. By utilizing two 12" high-strength cutting surfaces, the system significantly extends the time between sharpenings. Maintenance is equally efficient; the "quick-open" hinged design allows operators to swing open both the intake and discharge chutes for immediate access to the drum and blades, reducing downtime on the jobsite.

Navigating challenging terrain is made possible by the sturdy 48" ultra-wide wheelbase and premium 19x7.00-8 tubeless tires. This wide-track engineering ensures the unit remains balanced and stable even when operating on steep or uneven ground. Additionally, the DOT-approved road tires provide the legal compliance and durability required for frequent high-speed towing between work locations.

User safety and discharge precision are core to the MechMaxx design. The 360-degree rotating 56" discharge chute utilizes whole-shaped technology to provide seamless debris direction. For maximum protection, the unit features a dual-redundant emergency stop system, including an easy-reach top-mounted button and a lower-mounted pressure bar, ensuring the engine can be halted instantly from multiple positions.
