High-Output Shredding. Professional Stability. Built for the Field.

The MechMaxx 6" Industrial Wood Chipper is a powerhouse solution for land management professionals and high-demand leasing environments. Driven by a formidable 15HP gasoline engine with electric start, this system is engineered to devour branches up to 6" in diameter using a massive 14" high-torque roller and precision-engineered 12" dual-cutting blades.

Reliability meets longevity with the double-edge reversible blade system, designed to extend service intervals by providing two cutting surfaces per blade. Maintenance is streamlined through a quick-access design, allowing both the intake and discharge chutes to be opened effortlessly for routine inspections or blade sharpening, ensuring your equipment stays on the job rather than in the shop.

Stability and mobility are at the forefront of this design. Featuring a super-wide 48" wheelbase and a staggered tubeless tire configuration (front 13x5.00-6; rear 19x7.00-8), this chipper remains steady on uneven or steep terrain. The DOT-compliant road-legal tires ensure you can transport the unit between jobsites with confidence and ease.

Operator safety and convenience are paramount. A 360-degree rotating discharge chute allows for precise chip placement, while integrated safety measures provide immediate peace of mind. In any critical situation, the engine can be halted instantly via the dual-access emergency stops—including a safety button and a lower-mounted pressure bar—located directly on the feeding chute.
