Conveniently located within the island, the Kokomo Professional 4.6 cubic-foot outdoor refrigerator keeps beverages and ingredients cold and easily accessible.

Both the front and rear panels feature durable composite shiplap siding in a natural brown finish. This material offers a clean, contemporary look while resisting weathering and fading over time. The porcelain waterfall-edge countertop adds a sleek, modern touch, created from large porcelain slabs that minimize grout lines for a refined, seamless appearance.

The interior of the island is built for longevity. Kokomo constructs the frame using 18-gauge steel paired with non-combustible Hardie backer board, creating a strong, heat- and moisture-resistant core ideal for outdoor environments. The Hardie board also protects the structure from heat exposure beneath the grill, eliminating the need for separate liners many modular islands require.

The grill island arrives 99 percent pre-assembled and can typically be set up within two hours of delivery. Only a few components need to be installed on-site, and the final steps can easily be completed by two people. • White Glove Service (Selected States):
  Premium backyard delivery—including placement in your yard, full island setup, and removal of packing materials—is available in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
  (Note: Northern California is excluded from white glove service.)

• Site Requirements:
  The delivery area must be flat and paved to qualify for white glove service. Additional fees may apply if the location does not meet these requirements.

• Nationwide Delivery:
  For customers in the remaining 47 states, orders ship with curbside delivery. Depending on the island’s weight and configuration, the carrier may request help unloading.

• Lead Time:
