The Gentec GE980F hydraulic plate compactor delivers exceptional compaction for granular and moderately cohesive soils, achieving 95% Mod Proctor Density or better through its precisely tuned combination of maximum eccentric weight, amplitude, and vibration frequency. Designed for excavators in the 34,000 to 66,000 lb weight class, it mounts quickly in place of the bucket using a bolt-on headplate matched to your specific coupler.

This versatile attachment also functions as an efficient vibratory pile driver in suitable granular soil, transmitting vibrations along beams, posts, seawalls, and piling to break skin friction for faster driving. Heavy rubber isolators protect the carrier boom, while the integrally mounted baseplate and eccentric housing eliminate bolt tightening for minimal maintenance and maximum uptime.
