47" Digging Bucket for MechMaxx Mini Excavators

Designed for compatibility with Mini Excavator SKU: 150533 and 150534, this 47-inch digging bucket provides increased material capacity while maintaining the control and precision needed for compact excavation equipment. Its wider profile makes it well suited for moving larger volumes of soil, making it ideal for landscaping, trenching, grading, and general construction work.

The bucket is constructed from high-strength Q355 steel, offering greater thickness and structural strength than many comparable attachments. Reinforced side plates and a durable cutting edge help maintain performance and stability during demanding digging and earthmoving tasks.

To improve wear resistance, the bucket bottom is manufactured from NM360 abrasion-resistant steel, allowing it to withstand harsh soil conditions and extend overall service life. The bucket’s optimized shape promotes smooth ground penetration, efficient loading, and quick material release, helping operators work more efficiently while reducing strain on the machine.

Critical connection points are precisely manufactured using a five-axis machining process, ensuring accurate pin alignment and reliable operation during repeated heavy-duty use.

The pins are produced from 40Cr alloy steel and undergo both tempering and induction hardening to increase durability, wear resistance, and impact strength. Bucket teeth and side cutters are manufactured from F2 and 30MnB materials, providing excellent performance in high-impact and abrasive working environments.
